Taco Bell in Tennessee

"staff was friendly. Line isn't fast, but quicker than in store pickup I think. They were out of most drinks but were helpful. New: first time my order was butchered. One of the items was wrong and my chalupa Supreme was completely missing. Had to drive back to get it after I discovered this at home. No coupon or anything for my inconvenience. Like I said though, first time this has happened here. There is never enough people working at one time, could use 1 or 2 more employees at any given time. Employees are always friendly though. They have now hired more employees. Line is still a bit slow, but orders have been correct and employees are still nice. This location no longer has diet mountain dew."

"Bad start, but It all worked out. The young (sorry, I don’t have is name) man stayed calm with me, and fixed our order. Busy and dealing with a lot, but communicating and trying their best. I feel their teamwork deserves to be noticed."

"This new 1 close to texas roadhouse is the best in town. They usually get your order right, & it's hot & fresh. & you get all of your order, which is rare these days. Also very clean unlike other Taco Bells"

"I went through the drive-through and ordered lunch. The employee who took my order was nice as well as the one who took my money at the window. We had to wait for the food to finish cooking so they asked us to park and we waited. One of the employees came out and let us know they were waiting on one thing and our order would be right out. It is the 4th of July and they were busy. I believe they might have been short on employees for the day because they had the inside closed. I have to say Bravo to the 2 employees I saw handling everything. I, definitely recommend this Taco Bell!"

"Today is Friday nov 15 its 7:44 pm. I just want to praise the girl who's working tonite. She is short staffed . She has the inside closed. But the window is open. She is taking orders, making food and sending them to park and bringing food to the car. She is doing a job for 3 people . And shes doing an excellent job ..She deserves recognition for the awesome work shes doing"

"It was my first experience with the AI at the take out window, I thought it was fantastic. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars, was because two of the orders were not made the way they were ordered or the way they showed up on the screen. By the time we discovered the problems, we were already home. The food was still edible, so it was eaten"

"I love Taco Bell, but when they add the word Cantina on their basic tacos, they’ve been making the same all of a sudden they think they can charge double the price. Not cool Taco Bell. Eating there has become more expensive than an actual sit down Mexican restaurant that serves margarita. Do better for a corporate company. Your food is delicious but it’s getting ridiculous. How pricey it is."
